511ci with turbo 400 some trans ?s

Okay guys so I'm starting a build thread because Ill need the help and advice. And just because I'm pretty excited to get this going. I've learned a lot already from people on here with my 305tpi to 350 carb swap. So I already have the carb setup working in my favor.

I'm going from southern VT to north eastern PA to pick up a 511cid short block. I'll be building the short block over the winter, as well as swapping a built turbo 400 into the car.
So I have a few things to clarify if anyone is still reading...

Is there a set of headers that fit around a turbo 400 better than others?
Is the driveshaft issue easier with a short tail 400 or a long tail 400?
Is the trans cross member going to located in the same position, or is it going to need to be moved?
How long can I expect that 4th gen rear end to last at around 600hp lol? And what will my options be when I grenade that.

Quick pic of the car, and out with the 350 and built 700r4. Got a guy coming up from Boston before I leave in the morning to buy the package! Also picked up a 5inch cowl induction hood on CL that will be covering up that big block I hope.

Re: 511ci with turbo 400 some trans ?s

I think I read somewhere that the largest diameter primary pipes on the BBC swap headers is 1 7/8 inches. If that is the case, has anyone here made a set of headers out of anything 2" or bigger for a BBC?
What are my options for a rear end swap? Could someone weigh in on what would be my easiest option there? What to do with the tq arm.

ON YOUR TORQUE ARM PROBLEM .I FACE THE SAME DELEMA AS I AM GOING TO A LS2/TREMEC MAGNUM TRANS. THE MAGNUM TRANS DOES NOT HAVE A TORQU ARM MOUNT ON THE TAIL SHAFT. SO I WILL BE USING A TRANY/TORQUE ARM CROSS MEMBER FROM SPOHN.THIS WILL ALLOW ME ALSO TO ADJUST THE PINION ANGEL ALSO.
