Need help picking exhaust kit
im not amazing with mechanics or doing much on cars, and i need some help. i am replacing the entire exhaust on my 83 camaro and am trying to find a exhaust kit that is headers back, 2.5in or 3in tubing, and runs straight back. anybody know of a kit thats not going to cost more then 300$? im also buying hooker shortie headers for it too.

As for the catback portion under $300? Only if you buy all the parts and install it yourself.
On Amazon Magnaflow sells a really nice kit which I have on my car for around $470 or so. It then ran me about $200 to have a shop put it in since I don't do welding.
That's about as cheap as it gets.

Thanks for the replies but im looking for header-back kits. No y pipe id perfer x or straight back. I can get away with no cat in my area

Synyster52 I don't think they make them like that for our cars. Has to be custom. That's what I did.

Midias has it right. They don't make full kits like that. They do make universal kits with plenty of straights and bends to do whatever you want though
