Smoke from header

I wired up my Iroc, which was sitting for 3 months. Started up but the left header is smoking bad! It's got exhaust wrap on it,its old and has been on it for years. Wondering if it could just the the wrap smoking since it sat, or if it may be a bigger issue??

Probably moisture in the wrap or oil leaked from the valve cover into the wrap
