I yank a set off of a v6 that was getting scrapped gta honeycomb rims
there not the seriously dished ones just moderately dished
(im saving the big dishers for my 83 )
located Gettysburg Pennsylvania
car was in a wreck but the rims survived
tires are good half way tread to 3/4 tread from what it looks like


im asking for around 200 must be a pick up only I can drive a little to meet with you
for 400 I will throw in a body kit for the 3rd gen from duraflex

and for 500 ill throw in my spare t tops off a 89

Those are not GTA rims, they are 91-92 firebird rims and are 15 in. I believe. GTA wheels have a deeper dish/offset and are 16 in.

im going to just sell the ones on the red car

ive had some thought about getting a 97 t.a price was 9k, and for 9 k.... I could save this 3thrd gen and make it ...dam... and hella fast... but the rims on the red car are for sale shoot me a offer and for the 3rd time im located in Gettysburg pa

Yip. GTA's also have flat cross laces, they dont slant inwardly like that.

Yip. Heres a pic of mine after I painted them. Mine is a 92, but other than the addition of the dimples around the edge of the laces, I think theyre the same as early GTA's. Im not sure what the first year for them was. I didnt know they had them in 83. I thought they were from 87, but then now that I think of it, I remember when I was a kid I had a 1/16 model 82 Firebird that came with bowling ball rims and GTA laces. So I guess theyve been there all along.

lol tru I do however need my gta rims repaired a little one is slightly curbed and the other has a 1/4 inch or so missing (THESE ARE NOT THE ONES IM SELLING these are on my bird ws6 gta rims )

It took me about 6-7 hours to clean mine up and get them painted using red-neck technology. I used Armor All wheel cleaner and rags/toothbrushes to clean them first. Its a lot easier if you take them off the car and lay them down flat so the paint wont run, or will drip harmlessly through the laces if it does. I used masking tape at the lace/outer lip border, then used an exacto knife to cut the tape right where the two met. Then I pulled the tape off the laces and it left kind of a reverse mask. I had to keep turning the wheel so the sun would hit it from different angles. Soon as I thought I had coverage, Id turn it and find places I missed. Mothers metal polish on the lip and thats about it. Hardest thing about these wheels is keeping them clean. Cleaning my wheels takes almost as long as washing the entire car. But they look great if you can keep ahead of the dust. Someday I'll get them powder coated and polished professionally when I have extra cash.

ill probably have them sand blasted on the lacing but im talking about the outer rims of well ... the rims .. lol
