Hi all,

I bought a number of parts and sent paypal to Billy. I haven't recieved parts yet. I emailed the address billy85montess@gmail.com and texted the number he posted on the site 517-512-8122 and initally didn't get any responses. I later got a response after doing so again the day after by email that he got bronchitis, then was in a coma in the hospital - from his wife. I am worried I've been scammed. Just putting this out here just in case any one else has this experience.

Doesn't matter, as long as you didn't send as "gift" you will get money back if he can't provide them a tracking # saying he shipped you your items.

Hmm. I called paypal yesterday and they told me I couldn't do a dispute the way I sent it. However caused I used paypal credit (used to be Bill Me Later) they were able to send me to that division and they were able to do a dispute there. So not sure how that will work out, they are going to try to do a "charge back". Hopefully that will help. Honestly I don't know if it was a scam or not, and would have been a fair deal on the parts and would have rather had the parts, and if it is true the guy is sick, I hope he gets better!
