Transmission: TH700-R4 4-Speed Automatic
Axle/Gears: Stock
Need hood for 92 Firebird.
I have a 1992 Firebird base. I need a hood and and front bumper cover but I'm having a very difficult time trying to locate parts I can afford that can be shipped to me. My goal is to spend less than $300 for the hood and less than $400 for the bumper cover. That includes shipping. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

ive got one from a 91 firebird. good shape. typical clear coat peel.
might be able to get it to you for 300.
sending by crate is safest way... and most expensive.
box is more risky but cheaper.

Well, I'm no longer in need of a hood but I appreciate all the help. I finally found one at a salvage yard 50 miles from me for about $60, just what I was looking for!

Are you looking for any firebird hood? I would be willing to let go of the hood from my GTA. It is the GTA hood with the vents. It is black if that matters.

I have a 1992 fireird base with ground effects. Any 82-92 hood should do, the bumper and ground effects have to be 91-92 though. I don't have messaging on my phone but you could post the pics up here or email them to me.

The 91 bumper cover sounds good. I only need the Cover part not the impact part.
The black GTA hood sounds good too.

The thing is I don't have anything to haul the parts back in except a dodgy Chevy Blazer that gets like 15 mpg plus I'd have to pull a trailer and the lights don't work. To me it makes the shipping worth it.

No longer in need of a Hood or Bumper Cover. Found the hood locally for $50 in decent shape with only some minor dings. Got the bumper cover from NJ for $250 shipped. Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the help.

That's for sure. Lucky I found a guy with a hood that sold his car and never put the new hood on. He just wanted rid of it. Only a few dings too.
