Re: GM Factory Rear Window Louver (no brake light)
Just a heads up there are a lot of guys selling the louvers without hardward, I just picked up a set in June in PA at the GM Nationals, paid $50 and it has the 2 hinges and 1 of the rear feet and managed to find just one of the 4 (2 sets) lock down pieces. These are the hard part to find and these are expensive, I paid $100 for 1 piece just to get it. Camaro Central when they get them with hardware sell them for $1,500 so if you get them with hardware they will be expensive. I found a guy in NJ who was selling the complete set (louvers cracked in a couple of spots) for $300 some guy from FL bet me to them and offered $900
2 things I did
1. Check autotrader, Craigslist or any online forum where people sell cars, look for a car for sale with the louvers and ask the guy if he is willing to sell them separate
2. Get a set without the louvers, you can get them easy and cheap, find photos of the hardware and taking them to a fabricator and get duplicates made. There are a couple of facebook forums for Camaro and yesterday 2 guys where selling louvers without hardware for less than $100.
Good luck
