Re: Third Gen Mini Tub Kit
Typically a mini tub moves the inner fender to the frame rails. A third gen already has the inner part of the wheel tub at the "frame rails". Well they're not really frame rails. They're multiple layers of sheet metal. The best you can do is to modify the bump stop and reshape the front and rear of the inner fenders to allow a bigger tire.
Do a search on the topic. It's been discussed many times. You can also look at my thread in the Fabrication section on doing a complete back half.

Re: Third Gen Mini Tub Kit
well, ive been looking around and ive actually seen were people, I THINK, r cutting into the "framerails" and moving the spring in were the shock is like at this site on a 4th gen, http://www.wolferacecraft.com/instal...odminitub.aspx
now thats on a 4th gen but that is exactly wat i would like to do to my 87 Iroc, and ive looked at yur car and i really do not want to chop into mine as much as u do i just want a big tire and wheel to fit under it and tuck nicely
