Fuel system for drag car
Hello all. I am working on my fuel system for my car and was wondering how others routed there fuel lines. My stock tank and lines are gone. Was thinking fuel cell up front in a battery area but if I can keep it in back with good line routing options that would be great. I am running 8AN. Non return style. AQP socketless hose and fittings. Any input would be great. Pictures will be a plus. Thanks.

Install a fuel cell up front if you can. It's easier to draw fuel from a front mounted cell than a rear mounted cell.

Re: Fuel system for drag car
I use something similar but the front end of my car is nowhere close to stock. My rad support is just some 1" square tube. I use a rad/fan from a Pontiac Firefly and my fuel cell is right beside it. Running alcohol fuel, I need very little rad and I fill the cell up after every pass although I could get 2 passes before needing to fill it.
With an OEM style rad, the only way you can get that to fit is to cut out the left front tray in front of the inner fender and fabricate mounting brackets to hold the cell in place.
