I doubt it will go for a crazy amount. The desciption says it was a promotional vehicle and given to Burt. Now if it was one of the cars they actually used in the movie... that would be a different story.

Yup, I read that about Juliens Auctions here in Los Angeles, but I remember reading that the Car wasn't for sale, he was selling mostly some of his props and Art paintings he's collected over his Career and stuff from his movies.
And that the only things from Bandit he was selling was The Jacket from Bandit 2.
I read he's about 1.5 million in debt he owes on his house. SO I guess he has no choice but to sell his personal Bandit car.
Being a Fan of Burt, I feel sad about that you know, bad mistakes cost him alot, he had money but he blew it all on friends and people that were only with him for money.
If I was Rich I'd buy his Trigger, and all his memorabilia.
The Story I just read on yahoo, says it's a '78 not a '77 and it doesn't have the Stripe kit. Just the bird, and a standard (Non Deluxe) interior fully loaded with everything including a cb all except for power windows.
