Hello - listing this for a friend, here is what I know about it.
1987 Trans Am GTA
5.7L TPI 350CI V8
Automatic 700R4
Red Hard Top
Digital Dash
Power Seats, Windows, Mirrors.
Miles: 98K
Original paint except on spoiler, which is slightly cracking again.
Everything on the car is original as far as I and the owner knows except for: Battery, Tires, Fuel Pump, Muffler and Tips.
He is the 2nd or 3rd owner I beleive. I am working on getting the VIN so someone here can run it through compnine or whatever for RPO codes, etc.

It's VERY nice which is why it's out of my price range and I am just helping my friend sell it. He's a paint/body guy, I am sure if I asked he would repaint/fix the cracks on the spoiler before sale.. that's the ONLY flaw I seen in the car, I would give it a 9 outta 10.
He's not desperate to sale, It's been listed locally for 3 years and he's been patiently waiting for the magic offer.. I told him we might have some better luck listing it on here. If an offer comes close enough to what he wants, it will sell, if not, well that's OK too he will keep it and maybe one day I can afford it
hmm just sold my digital dash 87 last year with roughly the same miles and a 350 digital dash car for $3500- paint wasn't as nice but still a strong runner with just as nice of an interior and body lines. I also could have picked up a 15k mile 87 gta 5 speed in sept for 10k .

It's all what someone is willing to pay for a car, not necessarily what it is or isn't worth. I paid $4800 for my one owner 88 IROC with a 305 TBI motor auto trans. It was worth it to me, some others, not so much. I am happy with it, so this car will make someone happy I am sure It looks very nice, I love the T/A!

Well worth the $. It would fetch it down south here quick. These cars in this condition are getting harder to find especially in this condition and IMO one of the nicest looking 3rd gens to ever come off the showroom floor. If I were looking and it wasn't so far away id be on it. GLWS

Thanks - Will help/assist in whatever way possible to arrange shipping with buyer at buyers expense. I will do whatever I can to make it go smooth for an out-of-state buyer if they are serious..
Speaking as someone who is dealing with a rusty Firebird, here's my opinion. It's worth the extra money to buy a rust-free car. Snap this one up and have fun with it!
