1990 Pontiac Firebird for sale in Austin, TX. Car was in my family, and wrecked on the front. I bought it for the salvage price, as a project. Bought a donor Firebird and had the wrecked parts replaced, and had the whole thing painted. I then got it inspected, and got a straight title to it (so, it doesn't have a salvage title anymore, but rebuilt).
It has the 3.1 liter V6, with relatively low miles (having had the engine rebuilt not long before the wreck). Last year, I had the transmission rebuilt by Eagle Transmission in Austin so I could get it fully back on the road. It also has a viper alarm installed, with a two way LCD remote. This car is equipped with T-Tops.
The interior is where I've been focusing lately, as it needs a lot of work, but have recently run out of hours in the day for extra projects.
I didn't think about checking here, but I'm going to try, before parting it and the donor car out. Hate to do it on a working car, though.
