I just posted the car on eBay and wanted to post it here as well. There has been a lot of talk about Formula 350's on the board lately and I am looking to sell mine. I have a business opportunity ahead of me that I want to take advantage of. If I can get the car off to a new owner, it would make it happen pretty easily, if not, not a big deal.

I bought the car back in April of 2015. I was looking for one for many years. I specifically wanted an 89 Black on Black T-Top. It took forever to come across. When it did I jumped on it. When the car arrived it was a little misrepresented and needed a bit of work that wasn't disclosed to get it into shape. It was in fact a great running 39k miles car but age was starting to show. While easily reversible it took some time and bucks to get it right. In it's current state the car is solid and ready to go anywhere. Just about everything has been taken care of aside from a few very minor dings and scratches here and there on the car. As you will see in the pictures, it is very very nice.

Here is what I have done to it over the last few months:

• New Sumitomo Tires 245/50/16
• Restored Stock Wheels
• Fiberglass spoiler
• Restored headiner
• Restored UX1 radio with 3.5mm adapter
• New speakers front and rear
• KYB GR-2 Struts and Gas-a-just Shocks
• Rebuilt headlight motors usings TDS (Top down solutions) kit
• New headlight switch
• New door sills
• Cold A/C Converted to R134
• Custon bent cat-back with flow-master series 8- muffler with tucked tips
• NOS Shifter Plate
• Reproduction Window Switches (2)
• Reproduction Service Manual
• Lloyds Floor Mats

The car won a Top 5 award at the regional Thirdgen Car Show here in TX. I encourage anyone looking for one of these to come out and check it out. The car runs and looks outstanding. T-Tops seal great. I can't find rust anywhere on the car including the T-Top area (super clean). The car appears to have been repainted at some point in time and looks pretty darn good. More pictures available. Nothing to hide. I would rate the car a 9-9.5/10. That goes for the body, interior, driveability and mechanical components. Truly needs nothing in my opinion at this point.

I have owned many of these cars over the years. If you want one that doesn't squeak or rattle and is just a clean stock example, then you will want to check this out. If you want one that reminds you what it was like to be in the car back in 1989 you will want to check this car. Many have said it's like a time capsule.
