1991 Pontiac GTA L98
I've made the tough decision to sell my 91 GTA. I'd really like to get rid of some student loan debt and selling this car is my best bet at getting rid of the most debt in the least amount of time. I also don't get to drive it or enjoy it as much as I thought I would when I bought it so I think it's best to part with it.
The car itself of course is a 91 GTA. I've owned it since December 2014 and I am the 4th owner. It has 114k miles on it and I only drive it occasionally (maybe once a week) so the miles are not likely to increase much. The paint is not perfect, but I do keep it in my garage when not driven. At the bottom of this post is a link to my build thread which will detail everything I've done to the car, as well as what it still needs. Here's a basic rundown of the work done thus far. Again everything is either brand new or less than a year old with less than 3k miles on it:
Maintenance items:
New tires
New serpentine belt
New headlights and fog lights
New tie rod ends and ball joints
Radiator flush and fill
New radiator hoses
Power steering flush and fill
Brake fluid flush and fill
New driver and passenger power window motors
New starter
New battery
Replaced odometer gears and motor in gauge cluster
Driver's side cup holder
New windshield
Mods and upgrades:
new rotors front and rear (Stillen cross-drilled on rear)
Stillen metal matrix pads front and rear (also have an extra set that goes with the car. can't remember if it's for the front or rear though)
Stainless steel brake lines
1NCR5 proportioning valve spring upgrade
Poly swaybar bushings and endlinks
Founder's strut mounts
Eibach Pro-kit springs
Koni shocks and struts
TDS wonderbar
I haven't updated the build thread in a while but the car does run and drive again. I ended up replacing the starter and the battery to solve the problem. In retrospect, it was probably the battery all along but I didn't realize it until after I had replaced the starter with no improvement in the no start issue. Also, I have receipts for all work done and all parts purchased while in my possession.
I am asking $8000 obo. I really want to see this car go to a good home to someone who will take care of it and not trash it out. It's not a show car (yet anyway ) but I do think it's a fairly rare car and good example of f-body history and it is priced as such to hopefully dissuade low ballers and tire kickers looking for their next r e d n e c k race car. If interested, either reply to the thread or send me a pm and we can discuss further.

Price drop to $8500. I just had an unforeseen expense come up so I need this thing gone! Make an offer!

I also forgot to mention it has a new headliner installed by the previous owner.

Just rolled over to 115k miles this weekend and still going strong as ever! Would make an excellent daily driver or weekend cruiser. Somebody buy it!

Bump for one last price drop to $8000. If I don't get any bites at this price, I'll just take it off the market and hold on to it for a bit.
