WTB or Trade 87-90 Formula
I am looking for a rust-free 87-90 Formula. Preferably I'd like to trade +/- money on either side. I would be trading a 94 Z-28 with an LS swap. The 94 has 68,4xx miles on the body, and about 4-500 on the motor/trans/rear-end. Specs are:
94 Camaro, 408 Iron Block, callies rods, lunati 4" crank, diamond pistons, ported/polished LS3 heads, Ed Curtis (Flowtech)custom grind cam, Kooks 1 7/8 headers, SLP 2OTL exhaust, Tick Stage II T-56 (is original T-56 to the car, rebuilt and converted by Tick to run an LS), Strange S60 with 3.73 gears, strange driveshaft, C5 corvette brakes up front, OEM SS spoiler, UMI SFCs, UMI LS K-member, UMI Lower control arms, BMR panhard bar, UMI upper/lower control arms, UMI strut tower brace, and UMI torque Arm/trans mount. Car currently rides on 01' Z06 speedlines with new firestones up front and M/T drag radials in back.
Car made 469 rwhp/468 rwtq on Speed Inc's dyno, and was tuned by Larry Stauner at LRS performance in Lake Villa, IL.
New pic to reflect the new exhaust and OEM SLP SS spoiler.
If you have a roller, I'm willing to buy outright and swap my Camaro parts over. A roller would just need to be complete minus engine/trans.
As far as the Formula, I've put some more thought into it and I'd really like one that's manual trans, either stock T-5 or upgraded T-56. Looking for primarily for Gunmetal grey. Wouldn't mind an LS swap, just don't want anything carbed.

Very nice car, but I'm thinking I want a 5 speed car or one with a T-56 swapped.

Hello, I know this post is less than a year old, but figured because it hasn't got a lot of responses maybe you were still looking. But I have a 1988 firebird formula t top 5 speed. It runs and shifts. I wouldn't say the best but good enough. Never left me stranded. Has a bunch of new stuff. I'd let it go cheap. 5.0 tbi 5 speed. Bone stock.I'm lookin to get a 80s Monte Carlo Ss. Has rust. Has damage on passenger door. It's a beater project formula. And it has the ws6 code in center console. So it is in fact a formula. so let me know if your still looking if not not a big deal.
