Head rest removal??
How does the head rest get removed?
I'm going to go ahead & start to remove the seat cover from a passenger seat & driver seat, & put the passenger seat cover on the driver seat.
Is there a trick or special tool?
Thanks for any tips!!

Thank You for such a fast response!!
I'll be starting in a couple hours when my Bride goes to work-- I need some space in the garage! Lol!
We have a power seat in now, plus a manual slider. I may put the manual on the passenger seat for now, & take the cover off the driver seat, then use the other passenger seat to start to cover the driver seat.
We have 2 passenger seats to work with.
I know the lay back won't be easy to get to, but we generally don't lay back at all, pretty much straight up.

Re: Head rest removal??
I just removed mine, took a thin piece of metal - 2 or 3 inchs wide - slide down the front of the head rest bracket and pull up with the head rest and metal strip together, slides right out...

Re: Head rest removal??
I've got a question along these lines:
What do I do when the headrest comes right out, and it doesn't stay up when set? My passenger's side headrest does this, and it bugs me. I know I'm going to have to replace both of them somehow (neither one holds the seatbelt loop for beans... Heard there is a block of wood in there and I'm going to assume it's cracked), but I'd like to solve the puzzle... Even if I get new seats.
