Aftermarket Steering Wheels
Looking at options to replace my factory (92 RS) steering wheel since the horn contacts behind the airbag are discontinued and are nearly impossible to find. What are some cool options. I prefer black or gray vs chrome and I prefer a 3 spoke design (but I am open). What yall got?

I have a Grant # 415 Challenger Series.
Here's there web site but you can usually buy them at a auto parts store or have them order it at a better price then what Grant is showing.

Re: Aftermarket Steering Wheels
Had a grant #414 in my car when I bought it. Still have it if you wanna make an offer on it, has the column adapter on it as well. But check your local laws and with your insurance company and inspection station before you remove the air bag and replace the wheel with one that does not have a bag. Could cause some unwanted surprise legal fees.

Forever sharp steering wheels. This is what i have on my car currently...

A tad pricy but the quality is awesome and it looks right at home in a 3rd gen imo.

Re: Aftermarket Steering Wheels
I have a Momo Evolution GT steering wheel now. I had a Grant Evo on the car for a while, but I hated cleaning the insert and I did not like that it was about 1" smaller in diameter than the stock wheel. I am super happy with the switch. The Momo feels so much better and I really dig the look of the wheel.
BTW kiethk1973, I have a pair of the horn contacts out in the garage if you are still looking for them.

Re: Aftermarket Steering Wheels
I have a summit racing wheel in my car that I had powdercoated to match the interior. I have noticed the wrap is starting to come undone now that the heat is out of control. Might take it off and have that portion wrapped in suede.
