Car: 1989 pontiac firebird base
Transmission: 5 speed
Need help rebuilding interior
hello, i bought a 1989 firebird and with the interior striped (as you can see in the photo)
anyway i need some help to see where some parts go, so far i have been stumbled by this part,
also any wiring advice/tips/help would be usefull (as in the car had no radio)

The dash pad is toast. I wouldn't even bother putting it back in. You'd probably damage and crack it even more trying to get it back in. The bottom picture looks like a piece of weather stripping. Also more pics please as it's hard to tell what you are looking at there
Also when you say no radio do you mean just the radio is gone or is the harness and plug for it gone as well?

Another problem you might run into is locating and using the correct connectors (screws, plastic clips etc.)

Last pic is the dash to A pillar trim. Fills the gap between a pillar and dash frame.

Heck, my car was only days from going to the wrecking yard and now most of the interior and a lot of exterior are from there.
When I pulled the part salvaging the clips was the hard part. Most can actually be found in the "Help" section of auto parts stores .
