If your dome light comes on it is not the fuse. It could be the lighter receptacle. I had an issue with mine as well and I had to replace my receptacle. It is a bit tricky because you can't get the nut too tight or it will ground itself out.

its the ACC fuse. oddly enough, its also the same fuse for the search bar at the top of the website. So if it's blown I guess that would explain why it wasn't working when you tried to use it. you DID try to use the search bar, right?
