Door panel question..
Does anyone make and sell just the board part of the door panels? Looks like mine got wet at some point and are all warped. The fabric/carpet part of them is in pretty good shape still and just needs a new flat backing to attach to.

Hawksthirdgen also has the door panel complete. Doubt you'll just get that cardboard stuff anymore.

Re: Door panel question..
Hi,
Mine were also badly warped. The material that the factory used was rubbish.
You can make your own from 3 mm MDF, ( medium density fibre board ).
Trace the shape of the originals onto the board, and mark the location of all mounting holes, then cut out with a jigsaw. I glued the mounting clips to the board, before I covered the panels in fabric.takes a bit of work, but if you take your time, you will get a good result. It is a good idea to put a coat of varnish on the back of the board, and make sure that you put the factory plastic lining back on the door if you have it. Then if you get any moisture in the door, it wont affect the door panel.
Cheers,
Alicat.

I made my own out of whiteboard, its just thin wood with the white backing on it that they use in classrooms. That white backing is more resistant to water so its perfect

Check with a local/custom upholstery shop.
The originals were constructed via an industrial sewing machine which you probably don't have access to, but that was part of the reason GM chose that material.
