first time starting ls1 HELP!!

Car: 1992 Camaro RS
Engine: Ls1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 4th gen 3:43
first time starting ls1 HELP!!
having a problem though. I just got the computer tuned and ready and now that i have it connected and power to the pcm all the engine does when i turn it to the start position is click then my power goes out for like a minute and turns back on?! what is going on why wont it turn over?

this is kind of a stab in the dark... but Starter bad, Battery dead, cables shorted

how do i know if the starter is bad? the battery is new, and i am getting power to where i need it (pink, orange, reds, etc) and what happens now i get the click, click, click then shuts down for like 5 seconds, then i get power back to the interior.

wow, it fired!! for about 2 seconds and it was loud with the open headers!! i think it was the battery, and now it might be flooded or the spark plugs or bad or something along those lines, but at least it fired!!
