LT1 coolant temp sensor and connector
I didnt know this was possible but the coolant temp sensor takes a difference connector than what came with my new stand alone LT1 harness. see attached pic.
The connector from the harness is just a little too small for the connector on the sensor and I think the pins are not right. I cant even get the connector to go into the sensor. I didnt pull the sensor out because i was too lazy and with the radiator in the way i cant see the pin orientation.
Anyone know anything about this? Do i have a wrong sensor somehow? I believe it came with my LT1 waterpump.
There is no difference between the Corvette and F-body coolant temp sensors correct?

Re: LT1 coolant temp sensor and connector
There is the same type of sensor that goes in the cly head and IIRC they are two different pn's. They could have them mixed up.
