Getting very close... I spent all of last Saturday going through ALL of the wiring, and tucking/resoldering all of the connections. Looks a lot less cluttered under the hood. Expect a video of the break in later this week!

First day of Spring, and it looks like the first start of the new motor WILL BE TODAY! I am beyond pumped. Expect a boat load of pics and a video tonight or tomorrow! It's absolutely beautiful out here in MA! Sunny and warmed up past 50 now.

lol, i know what you mean. for future reference, i have the settings on Mu11et Militia set to "private" so in the event you want to post something up in there, it will only show on the feed of those that are also in the group. it won't post up on your feed that you posted in the group to those not in the group

I feel bad for those following along! So the engine ran and was broken in... I have not been back since... It has been on my mind almost 24 hours a day since it ran, but I have been really busy with work. Hoping for the big break to come this weekend, and then I will be driving it every day!

Just thought I'd update this thread for people who haven't been following me on the MM Facebook group. Car runs great! I had some issues with push rod length selected by shop I work out of... For some reason they chose 7.5" length push rods when then the motor wanted stock 7.8" push rods. This lead to many issues (collapsed lifters) and for some reason both headgaskets blew! I tore into the motor with a friend Eric (has a badass 383 powered 1983 Trans Am) and it has been running great ever since! Been enjoying the car with the T5 in it for the time being!
