86 IROC-Z Been Stored for 8 Years! NEEDS FUEL PUMP, What Else?
Traded my 78 Terry Bass Boat for this 86 IROC-Z 130,000 miles, second Owner been stored for 8 years when fuel pump went out...
BONE STOCK, never modified...
Any Tips,Ideas what to check before I try to fire her up?
She runs if spray fluid in Intake.

Wow! What a find!! Just take your time and go over everything. Obviously,oil change and fresh fuel. Pump out fuel tank..

My fuel pump and fuel injectors were plugged up when I tried to fire mine up after a lengthy storage of many years. Gas tank looked terrible inside. Fuel sending unit looked terrible. I replaced them as well as the fuel filter and all rubber lines. I'll probably replace the fuel regulator as well just to be safe. That was just my experience with trying to get mine going again.
