New 91 to the site.
So just posting up my current project, new to the site and avid Trans Am fan. Owned a 79' TA and 81' TA and now moving up the the 91' as my official own project. Picked the car up off craigs for 1400 and it had alot of needed work. Most of the interior I removed to buy new and replace it cause alot of it was worn well from age.
Right after I picked it up
After a couple of months tearing out the insides and working on the outside for paint prep.
Stickers on windows are my little touch, had them sitting away when I picked up a new car and this happened to be it. Good thing about window stickers, if I find them tacky or don't look good they are cake to remove.

Re: New 91 to the site.
Plastic repaint, trying a primer / paint / clear coat. If it fails to work I plan to just scrap the idea and vinyl over all the internal plastics.
Can't have a car without good tunes Especially when it's my daily driver atm.
With funds very low and trickling in it will be a long drawn out project, but I plan to get an aftermarket steering wheel, overhead console mod from an S10 if possible if not just gonna go with the stock firebird overhead console. Going to look into tweeter holders for the triangle section on the door (not sure on it's name lol) and possibly do a 4th gen door mod, not big on the dash but the doors are smexy.
It has the 5.0 305 with 4speed auto It's my first official project with a vehicle so it's all new to me. Wish me luck, tips and tricks are also a bonus.

Great Project Car! Looks like you need some door panels and rear carpet. Check out 1A Auto for that and a lot of other parts. Also check thirdgenranch.com!

Re: New 91 to the site.
Cheers guys. Yeah been looking over different options I could add to the car, it's a bit out of the original loop so I figured I Would add what I want to it instead of restore. I took out the door panels and removing the carpet was me, I will be buying new carpet and door panels hopefully the begining of this year. I plan to buy the overhead console, and rear flip panel when I am able to put the speakers deeper into the well. Also thanks evilemokid, did not know they were nly weather stripping.
