XP-21 FIREBIRD GAS TURBINE Brochure/ Dated 3-54
An original GM Brochure on where the FIREBIRD name got started and how the development of gas turbine engines could have been the future. A really unique brochure that would make an an interesting collectable to any 3rd Gen Fan. It has 8 pages and is in Excellent Condition for something that is 62 years old. Looks better than ME. Asking $19.00 with Free Shipping.

88. The picture of the garbage can exhaust tip looks like it could melt your driveway down in about 10 seconds. It could also keep some tailgating as hole from getting too close. Just a quick blimp of the turbine and melt his front end OFF! Those were the days when a Concept car REALLY was exciting.

Cool piece!
I had a chance to tour the building at the Tech Center where they were working on turbine engine development. A pretty cool bit of history.

Hi Chris, Did you get the Firebird brochure yet? What did you think of the tech work that went into that ROCKET with wheels.

I put that in and it says your package is delayed and it made it today, to the Springfield, MA office. Don't know why when I sent it by USPS First-Class for $3.59 (rip off). ED
