Great Cruise, my lead/service vehicle '07 Trailblazer, and 6 F-bodies started the cruise... picked up a 5th Gen Camaro and another 3rd Gen Trans Am along the way. A number of cancellations, and 2 breakdowns prevented a sizable number of people from making it... 99% of the cruise went well until we found a bad stretch of road... as we turned onto US 20 in Charlton... the Black '91 TA sheared off the top of one bolt head that held his Spohn torque arm to his Moser 12 bolt. The other apparently had shaken loose and fallen out. We attempted to take a bottom one and swap it to the top, however the torque arm was twisted badly and was hitting the yoke on the driveshaft.... 3 hour wait for AAA... But our line of cars drew a lot of attention and we met a bunch of great people who pulled in, offered help, & shot the breeze with us...

Although I am an Administrator on the site, I do not own it... a group of "Regulars" here met quite a few years back and started NECF up... and a lot of great people have joined up over the years.. "JAY" was the mastermind who set up the site and technically owns it, but its a team effort... and quite a few contribute to keep it running... so everyone pitches in what/when they can. We help each other out and have built a lot of good friendships since out inception... Welcome to the mix!

I actually went to Fuddruckers in Methuen Wednesday night. It was empty. Someone said that the guy who ran the club/ran the cruise night sold his Bird and now no one is currently in charge in the club, thus, no cruise night schedule yet.

The event is simple, anyone who wants to go, bring some food to share and/or bring other items needed.

For those unfamilier with this event, This is a team effort & we all pitch in to make this thing kick-*** every year.
We have held the event typically on Father's Day Weekend.
We DO NOT charge any entry fees, but we do ask that you bring a dish of food &/or supplies, so that we can make this happen without the need to charge an entry fee.
