Well you get up at the butt crack of dawn and walk around the fairgrounds looking for car parts. I picked up some misc stuff on Sunday, mostly garage stuff, nothing really for either one of my cars. The one here in NE to go to is the Annual Rocky Manginelli Swap Meet in Lincoln. It is being held March 6, 2011 at the Lancaster County Convention Center and it is HUGE.
This last March I was there from 4am to 3pm and bought a ton of stuff. 16" GTA rims, lexan t-tops, a pair of bucket seats, and a snow blower.
I will keep posting when the meets in this area are and maybe you could check one out. There are only two left this year that I know about and they are: Hutchinson, KS on the 23-24 of this month and Sioux City, IA on the 14th of Nov. Both are too far for my taste, plus I'm working both of those weekends.

There is a little of everything there. I cleaned one vendor out of all his 3rd Gen f-body stuff. I also could have bought three complete firebirds while i was there. My buddy is a vendor there so I get to go in early (gates open to the public at 7am) and scope out all of the goods before the masses show up. Ha ha!

Well that sounds pretty cool. I guess I can try and scope me out a camaro for cheap! Do you know where I can get one say for under $500? I dont care if its in Lincoln or Omaha just as long as it runs.

Bad part is that I just sold a complete 1990 Firebird GTA roller for $500 three months ago. I will keep an eye out for something though. Are you looking for anything specific?

any third gen camaro that has any engine and any transmission. Buying as parts car (that is if I ever need any parts) but I will probably just drive it around and mess around fixing it up. I would like engine and tranny to work or requiring little work and full interior any condition and exterior in driveable condition but doesnt have to be perfect.

The Lincoln meet sounds like a very worthwhile event. Sucks it has to be during winter though.

Actually 80% of the meet is inside heated buildings. Last year I walked around in a hoodie all day.
