You can find t56 here and their, mainly in the Springs/denver areas...But for the most part, when it comes to 3rd gen parts, its literally hit an miss...Craigslist and tgo is your best bets.

Hey man I got a T56 for you here. I'm in Fort Collins/Windsor area.
My set up is a 1997 T56 out of a SS with 35k+/- miles, it has a B&M billet shifter, Spec stage 2.5 clutch set, Billet Aluminum flywheel, Good GM hydraulics, fresh rear output seal, can include dakota digital speedo signal conversion box, and 4th gen pedal set if needed, and a mint 90-92 camaro manual shifter plate, metal photo etched 6 spd shift pattern plate.
I converted to 6psd in 2009? and I would be surprised if it has more than 5-6k miles since installation. I mainly show my car, but have tracked it sparatically in those years, and the clutch still feels wonderful. I'm a good guy, run a shop in FOCO, ask anyone one here any I'm sure they would give you a good recommendation.
I have it for sale to local club members for $2k for the complete package, and I will let a cash buyer test drive to feel operation before removal (if I'm comfortable with you). Its still in my car until my LS swap stuff is ready, but that time is getting ever closer.
I all you want is the transmission, we can do that too $1700.
I will PM you my phone number. Brandon
