Conroe cruise in tomorrow (3-18-2016)
The Conroe Cruisers host a smallish (maybe 20 cars) Cruise in every Saturday night during daylight savings time. The fist one for 2016 is tomorrow. I know there are a few here from the Conroe area and maybe a few others that don't mind making a drive. I'm going to finish up the wiring on my car tonight or tomorrow morning and head out there tomorrow night.
I'm not a member of their club and have only ever been to one or two of these before. But I think it would be fun to have a few third-gens show up. It is right at 45 and 105 (NW corner) and starts at 7:00.
I'll be there. Anyone else interested?

It was a pretty decent turn out for what it is.
About 35 cars.
I didn't get any pictures but there were quite a few nice older cars, a bunch of newer 'Vettes and a couple of Mustangs. I had the only F-body there.

Should reach out to the Houston boys, not too long of a drive for them.

Re: Conroe cruise in tomorrow (3-18-2016)
There are several Saturday night meets around Houston that are this size or larger. I used to go out to Otto's pretty regularly when I was in that area. Last I checked there was an even bigger meet in the Clear Lake area. I wouldn't expect someone from down South to drive to Conroe. But for anyone around 1960 or the Woodlands it wouldn't be that bad of a drive.
I'm going to check on this meet again tonight.
I'll try to get a few pictures.

Here are a few pictures from yesterdays meet.
There were a bunch of really nice old cars.
The only other F-Body was a '79 TA.
