I just want to know:
1, what will it take to make Spohn's setup work on a stock K member?

2, Someone on here wrote about a thunderbird R&P setup had close to the amount of travel needed but he had no clue how to mount it to the K member. Is this a manual R&P setup (which I want) and what modifications would I have to go through tie rod wise to make this the right length for a third gen setup. Am I going to have to drill out my spindles?

The best way is to use the Racecraft spindles made for rack and pinion with the shorten arms, I chose to use the pinto rack because of the power it takes to drive the power steering pump. You get get mounts and weld them onto the factory k-member if you want to go that way.
The rack I use was shorten to fit the 3rd gen camaro's. Hope that helps

Your rack isn't powered? I'm wanting a manual unit. The steering resistance is not a problem.
