bolt for steering shaft near firewall?

I'm trying to find a replacement for the bolt that holds the steering shaft together, the upper one that is near the firewall. Does anyone know a part number for this or where i could get it?

It came loose and fell off right at the end of a drive, and my steering disconnected as I entered my driveway. I could have been killed if this happened moments earlier.
