ok well i went back up to work where the car was dead with the spare key that i so luckily have and it started thanks *** .my buddy suggested that i use the other key after i searched the boards for code 53 and saw that some people mentioned it could be the vats system at large in a few of those code 53 posts.and then when i got home,i used the key that wouldnt work for $hits and giggles,and it worked.i dont know whats going on.i dont really care though as long as my car works.i think im going to bypass the VATS so i dont have to worry about it screwing me over again.thanks for the post anyways JPrevost.
