CFM-Tech 330HO TBI kit

Hi All,
Has anyone else seen this kit for the GMPP 330HO engine? www.cfm-tech.com/gm_tbi_camshafts_heads.htm

I am in the process of choosing a crate motor to replace my 305, I was thinking of using this motor and doing a TPI swap. My car currently has TBI and this kit would greatly reduce the cost and guesswork involved with the swap. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with CFM-tech? What do you TBI guys think of this kit? I know that many of you are legitimate experts on TBI, until I saw this I had not even considered keeping TBI. Any input on performance differences between this setup and a mildly modified TPI would be welcome. I am looking to make my car more fun to drive, with moderately high performace. From what I have read it seems like TPI would have have better low end TQ. But even my week 305 can smoke the tires, so I am guessing this TBI setup could be fun to drive. Sorry for the long post. Thanks

Re: CFM-Tech 330HO TBI kit

sounds interesting but link doesnt work!? imho tpi has more midrange tq, tbi is the low end tq producer.. but anyway, once you change cam etc these things change as well

Re: CFM-Tech 330HO TBI kit

Sorry about the link, if you go to cfm-tech website you should be able to find it. OK, so if the lowend TQ is good on these TBI setups, is it just the running out of air the reason so few performance guys use this setup?
