problems after new power brake booster!!!!

first i have to say i have no rear brakes. anyway before i got the new brake booster my pedal would go half way to the floor before the brake hit the rotor. now with the new booster it goes all the way to the floor and hits the rotor all the way to the floor. I have brake fluid. could this be because of my rear drums? or what else does something need to be adjusted?

Did you bleed the brakes? Or maybe need to adjust the pushrod length thats between the booster and the master cyl?
