cam timing

Car: 1989 RS Camaro
Engine: 350 Carb(soon a 400)
Transmission: 5-Speed/th350
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.73
cam timing

ok I lost my instructions. My machine shop guy told me that the cam I have is really going to like it if I advance my cam. I have the three way crank sprocket and I cannot remember witch way to turn it. thanks for any help.
