Fuel Filter question

To start i have a 1992 Camaro RS 305 and i'm replacing the fuel filter, for the first time. This may sound dumb and i don't care but i have no idea where to look for it. Any help would be great, thanks.

Re: Fuel Filter question

if you were in the car the fuel filter would be in the back seat, in the middle kinda where that hump is in the back. look under the car form the drivers side infront of the rear wheel and it should be about 2 and a half feet from the side of the vehicle, look for a small metallic cylinder attached on a bracket

Re: Fuel Filter question

Your keyboard is at least part of the problem:

Makes your post incredibly hard to read, and makes it look LIKE YOU ARE SCREAMING AT US FOR SOME REASON. It is considered rude crude and socially unacceptable.

Once you get your keyboard repaired, it sounds like something is wrong about how the filter was changed. Can't imagine what, but that's where I'd start looking. Might be something as simple as, it's installed backwards, if that's possible. Might also be that some schmutz of some sort got disturbed in the process, and has now made it up to the injectors and clogged one or more of them.

What's the fuel pressure while it's in the act of screwing up? (not just, while it's sitting in the driveway, idling happily)
