Code 36 and smoke on start issues, help?

I had a code 33 (maf sensor)code, replaced the maf sensor and the maf power relay. no better, followed flow chart. replaced ecm, now have a code 36 (burn off relay) replaced burn off relay, reset ecm and after about 7 to 9 starts after every reset, the service engine soon light comes on . What should I do next?

As much fun as this is, I also have billowing white smoke on start up. Could this be because I am using SEAFOAM? I have owned the car a month and it has a ton of miles 200k but really runs well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. the car is also cutting off when trying to put it into gear (2 or 3 times) it is almost like the car is not getting gas.
