Have had this car long enuff to have alot of questions,The wires running to the mafs or what ever it is at the front of the engine compartment above the radiator where the aqir intakes start to run back tword the throdle body.there are about 5 wires that got chewed or cut ,I think chewed.The car starts right up,runs ruff till warm.when I shut it off and go to restart it,it dosn't want to start unless it cools down or I hit it with starting fluid.The smog pump has been removed and the fans have been rigged so the drivers side fan comes on as soon as you turn the key,other than these main problems the tranny is the last thing to deal with.I think a rebuild is what it needs.sorry I can't be more presice about my desciptions,I'm a carpenter and new at these type of cars.I'm a 50's baby!The reair manuel dosn't show the v8 with pictures of this area.thanks for any help.Bobby
