from 305 tpi to 350 carburated....HELP please
Hey guys my fuel injected 305 is pretty much gone, I didnt change the oil for a whole year. So I'm gonna put in a carburated 350. What tips do you have for a conversion? Also, the old electric fuel pump will now be replaced with a mechanical fuel pump, will I have issues here?
Thanks guys!!

You will have an issue, maybe, if you don't remove your old pump entirely. I have run it fine before, but others around here have had the in tank pump become a restriction and keep you from getting proper fuel flow.
You should probably swap your sending unit for an 82-87 carb unit. You can just replace the in tank pump with a piece of hard 3/8" fuel line, but its better to get the right piece if you can.
