My Camaro Won't Turn Over!!!

I have a 1992 Chevy Camaro RS 25th Anniversary Edition. It has a V8 5.0 305 TBI and a 4SPD 700R4 Automatic Transmission. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, and bypassed the VATS. It was running before but extremely rough. At that time is when I replaced the cap and rotor. While doing so I noticed some rust and corrosion inside the cap so I cleaned it out. When cleaning it out I removed the ignition module to get out some more debri. after putting everything back to working order it will not turn over... It clicks as if the battery is dead... I've checked the coil and charged the battery... Does anyone know what maybe causing this issue? Thanks!

Back to basics.
Is the battery really fully charged?
What volts is it showing?
Check the connections on the heavy cables from batt to engine / starter;
are they in good cond ,clean and tight?

Hot wire the starter solenoid terminal direct to batt POS+; does starter work?
If not ;starter faulty
If starter works and you have good power at starter terminal then a problem
with starter wiring from Ign switch
Many things to work through to isolate problem

So make sure the power is getting to starter and the starter operates correctly as I noted above

Okay so a quick question do you think it would be the ignition module since it fired up before i removed it... I noticed there is some junk in the silicon grease thats used on the underside of the module... I think i read some where that power runs from the module through to the starter... I'm sorry lol I'm a carb guy there is just too much electrical crap to deal with in this car

I will check the wiring and power to the starter tomorrow... But I seriously feel that it involves something in the distributor since it was all over a matter of 30 minutes that the car stopped running all i did was tear into the dist. cap...

Nothing in the dist affects the engine turning over on the starter.
You can take the dist out all together and engine will still crank
