Tons of white smoke :/
After putting in some gas to make sure my iroc would start up again, when it started up, everything sounded fine, but after a while, I noticed a ton of white smoke pouring out of the tail pipes. There was also a puddle of fluid coming out around the right back tire that smelled like gas, which was odd.
The spark plugs that we checked (that could be gotten to from under the hood) were dry, but appeared like it was running rich.
What do you think this could be?

A video would help. With it being winter and your car not being ran much it could certainly be nothing to worry about(car's are richer when cold, condensation develops when they aren't ran much). On the other hand it could be an oil(rings, etc) problem.
Putting a video would certainly help.
Did you drive the car or let it warm up to operating temps? If so, did the smoke stay or go away?

I am a bit worried about starting it up again, but I don't think it even got to operating temperature - it was just in my garage ... the smoke was very thick and white ... it didn't seem to be vapor or anything.

did the smoke smell like gasoline?
if it did, then you have a fuel leak into the motor.
the fuel pressure regulator leaking into the intake is a common cause of heavy white smoke that smells like gas.
check the oil to see if it smells like gas.

Check your anti-freeze level. You live in Texas? It's probably not super cold like it is up here in the North to get a ton of Vapor out the exhaust.
Possibly blown head-gasket. Did it smell sweet?
