Alternator Wiring, Water Pump hoses.. Help
My alternator wont charge anymore and i just want to make sure its bad. Since it didnt work after i installed motor. I wanted to know where these wires went and if i could jump alternator regulator to turn on.
Also i have a random heater hose that i dont want showing from my water pump to my intake manifold. DO i need it? its pinched.

As far as the heater hoses (you have no heater), you can plug both connections. Sbc before the the vortec have an internal coolant bypass. Older sbc from the 50s & 60s had an external bypass hose.
Looks like the red spade goes to the top one.
