LT1 with Lloyd Elliot stage 2 head/cam combo. I have a question...
Recently bought a 95 camaro with a LT1/T56. The cam is more than I'm wanting for street driving when I swap the drive train into my 87 Iroc. Is there an easy way to change the RPM range of the cam in the engine without changing the cam itself? Smaller lifters? Changing the timing? Thanks.

Do you know the duration of the camshaft thats in the car right now? You said LE2, so I assume its got one of Lloyd's cams, he's got a few though.
I've got his unlisted alternate, 231/239@.050" on a 110.

i am guessing it is either
224/230 .573/.568 112 LSA. – 1700-6100 RPM
or
226/232 .578/.574 110 LSA. – 1900-6200 RPM
Thinking more of the 2nd. The car shutters in 6th gear when the RPMs are less than 2000.
I'd prefer something in the 1500-6000 range

If you want idle-6000 power then you are pretty much limited to cams similar to the LT4 hot-cam and the like. Those cams you listed will peak about 5500-5800rpm but still make usable power a little past 6000.
If you change the cam, you will require a tune.
Can you talk to the guy you bought the car from? Maybe he can shed some light on the combo. Or, if you know the guys name maybe Lloyd can tell you what cam if it was recently bought.
