Stiff clutch pedal after driving awhile

Hey guys. Just did a t5 swap few days ago and everything went smooth. However I noticed my clutch pedal gets very stiff after driving awhile. It's butter smooth in the morning. Brand new master and slave cylinder and braded stainless steel lines with 4an fittings. What could cause this? When it becomes stiff, it's the first half inch that's stiff then there's a pop, after that it's smooth until I let it all the way out again.
