Aluminum head question

I have an 87 350 Tpi Motor, I have the opportunity to pick up a set of corvette heads casting number 14101128, does anybody know if the center bolt angle of my TPI will work with those heads? Thanks guys.

Re: Aluminum head question

No. The vette heads use the earlier 86-down intake bolt pattern.

People have "wallered out" the two center intake bolt holes on either side and made them fit anyway, however. It ain't exactly "concourse correct", but it works.

Also, the Vette heads have no exhaust crossover ports so your F-body EGR system won't function any more.
