Strange Problem. Need Help!

Strange Problem. Need Help!
OK so I am having some issues with my 1985 Pontiac firebird 2.8L V6. It does not want to start but when it does it will only idle, if you press the gas pedal it will rev a little than drop to 400rpm or just die. If you twist the throttle on the throttle body it will rev up normally. I thought it was a fuel problem, but I replaced the fuel filter and I am getting 43lbs of fuel pressure. I checked the spark plugs and I am getting spark at all of the spark plugs. So I read around on the forum and it seemed like it was the ignition control module but I replaced it today and still nothing. Anybody have any ideas as to what the problem is?

well if it revs normally when you manually gas it at the throttle body, i would assume theres something not right with your throttle cable, have someone press the gas pedal while you watch the throttle body where the cable connects to see if it works as it should, i think something must be getting caught up

The gas pedal does operate the manual throttle like normal, so I don't think that is the problem. Now the car will not start not even with starter fluid.
