software

is there a software that can for an example if i wanted to build a camaro but i wanted to see what it would look like before i built it ,in case i wanted to change something like the color or tires or even if i wanted to lower it ,is their such a software and if so where can i get this software thanks to anyone that can help me

If you have an Xbox 360, Forza 4 has a thirdgen Camaro. It allows a reasonable amount of customization of the cars, with pretty good graphics, so that's the closest thing I know for what you are asking for. Maybe someone will chime in with some sort of software specifically made for the task.

If you go to tirerack.com you can choose the tires & wheels they have available and preview them on a car. It also let's you choose a few car colors in the preview.

I know this is basic but it's free

Photoshop which is expensive, or a free image editor called GIMP. Would take some effort to learn to use either one.
