Plugging port on power steering pump

I have a hydroboost pump with two returns. A 5/8" that goes to a remote reservoir, and a 3/8".. the 3/8" is too close to my manifold/crossover pipe for my turbo. I was thinking of cutting it off, and plugging it. (and moving the box return to the reservoir).

Any guess as to what the ID would be, like what size tap and plug?

I don't really wanna take this apart to tig weld it shut.
