WILL THIS PUMP BE GOOD FOR MY TPI SET UP? I KNOW IT HAS TO BE HIGH PRESSURE, AND NOT HIGH VOLUME.

I like the EP381, personally. I think it'd fit your build. I dislike Spectra brand components as they're pretty craptastic overall. Lowest bidder China stuff. Fine for daily driver cars but when you're pushing performance I hate sticking them on.

EP381 is 50-60gph @ 65-75psi.

Note: It's quiet! I had a Walbro 255 before and it was stupidly loud.

ok, THTANNER, I took your advice...I ordered the full kit AND ordered the EP381 to go with it. Worst case, I have the Spectra fuel pump as a back up!!

should be here by the weekend!!

Re: NEW TANK/SENDING UNIT/PUMP

OK....THAT was fun
I knew pulling the tank was gonna be a PIA!

so....got it out....but i will prob have to drop the rear end even more to put the new one in.

the gas....well....smelled like paint thinner, literally. Testors.....took me back to the days of my youth building 1:24 scale model cars...

It's a fun process! While it is out, check the filler neck for cracks or leaks. They're know for it, even aftermarket tanks. Replaced my Spectra tanks recently due to a leak there.

Re: NEW TANK/SENDING UNIT/PUMP

With aftermarket tanks you need to use the included cap, or one from a second generation camaro/firebird.

Check the angle of the filler neck prior to assembly. Had to have mine cut and welded...
